I visited the Chelmsford store yesterday with my friends and family, and what a truly wonderful experience it was. The three ladies, Angel, Hannah and Aliesha who spoke and delt with us were amazing, so welcoming and friendly, really put me at ease from the minute we entered the store to the moment we left. I felt listened to and after choosing 4 dresses myself to try on the 6th dress that was picked for me to try by one of the team was a dress I said YES to. I can't wait to return to purchase my daughters flower girl dress! Thank you so much for making my time so special ❤️

I went to the Chelmsford Wed2B and had the most wonderful experience. Angel and Tilly were fantastic! They were attentive, worked with me to find what I was really looking for and, were so incredibly sweet doing it. They knew their stock and found me a dress that I wouldn't have picked for myself that looks AMAZING! I can't wait to wear it! Thank you!!!

Where do I even start...I was so nervous coming into the store today as I had a very bad first experience in another bridal shop. My mum and I were greeted with such genuine warmth by all the girls and when I told Angel what had happened to me before she made sure my experience was the complete opposite this time!
Angel and the lady shadowing her (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) were utterly amazing, nothing was too much trouble, I went in there as a stranger and felt like I left with friends. Thank you so much ladies, you've done more for me than you'll ever know in not only helping me find my dream dress, but also my confidence which was rock bottom. Thank you ❤️

I visited Wed2Be in Chelmsford this afternoon and I had the best experience, this was my first time looking and trying on wedding dresses and was very nervous, my consultant, LJ was amazing!!!
She made me feel at ease straight away, she listened to what I was looking for and she took my inspiration and her own ideas and pulled some amazing dresses.
The store itself was really clean and it was a really nice and relaxed environment. You're able to try on as many dresses as you want but I was lucky enough to walk away with my dress after only 3 dresses.
I would 100% recommend this store to any bride who is on the lookout for their dress, each member of staff I spoke to were so friendly and welcoming and you can clearly tell they care about the brides.

I visited the Chelmsford store today after finding ‘the dress’ in the Bromley branch the day before however I needed the next size up and Bromley didn’t have it. I called customer care and they told me that Chelmsford had 1 left in stock so I made the journey from London. When I arrived Chloe told me that she had just sold it 10 minutes before I arrived. She could see the disappointment in my face but both Chloe and Tillie did everything they could to try and find me a dress that was just as good and if not better.
They were both super helpful and accommodating. They made me feel super comfortable and listened too. After trying on a few dresses I knew the dress I tried the previous day was still ‘the one.’ Chloe went out of her way to call the Ashford store to see if they had the dress in the correct size and luckily they did . She sorted everything out and I was able to buy the dress outright over the phone and have it delivered to a store closer to me.
All of the ladies in this branch were lovely and I am so thankful that they went that extra mile to secure my dress . Truly lovely people and I can’t thank them enough !
