Excellent service. I have used this plumbing company three times now and the work is of an extremely high standard. My plumber Mark had an extremely difficult job to do for me replacing an old shower unit. Mark did an excellent job and I am extremely pleased.
He was very conscientious,respectful and professional. He bought all the necessary parts needed and completed the job professionally. Clearly a Very capable plumber. Mark left the working area very clean and tidy.I would certainly use this service again.Many thanks.

Outstanding service.
This is the second time I have used the company for my annual service and both times have been a great experience (if you can call boiler servicing a great experience).
The transparency of not only cost, but also any findings both good or bad are discussed; and if there is a problem with your system (as I had today) you can trust it will be sorted - efficiently and cost effective.
Kai was knowledgeable, efficient, extremely polite, showed his gas safe card willingly and removed his shoes without being asked - top customer service!
I would recommend to friends and family without any hesitation.

Phoned TM Hughes from Google search . The were polite on the call. They quickly sent a plumber to fix non emergency issue. The plumber was polite and professional. He fixed the issue and the bill was very reasonable. I have already recommended TM Hughes to neighbours. I will definitely phoned them first if I need plumbing support.

Excellent service! . Very reliable. TM arrived on time, went out of his way to get the parts, got it all sorted, knew the issue straight away. I guess that also comes with extended experience and trust people have on him. Well known and recommended in the community. That’s why I was happy to leave it in his hands. Def. 100% 5 stars.
