Tom has been a saviour! Desperately needed new circuits connected for an oven from the fuse board. Not only did he do a great job and numerous jobs around the house, I have already got a few more jobs lined up.
He is very informative and patient, and he shows great communications that kept me up to date with what's happening and assured me what he was doing. I am over the moon with the work done!
Tom is a great guy, very knowledgeable, polite, skilled and professional. Explained any steps I had questions for and was able to change things to fit what I wanted. Equally would give me information about why certain things couldn't change (regulations, health and safety) and could offer realistic alternatives.
I never felt like he was trying to upsell something or put a more expensive option in place without consulting me/giving me the info to make a decision myself.
