Traditional English pub food, excellently cooked and served with a smile by the very friendly staff. We had fish and chips, hot, crispy and faultless! Plus Welsh rarebit which was really delicious as was the broccoli soup!

This is a very welcoming, friendly pub. Went to the Rose&Crown for Sunday lunch with a friend, and we had a lovely time. The service was very nice, the roast beef was delicious, specially enjoyed the Yorkshire pudding, followed by chocolate brownie and ice cream. Delicious! It was a very pleasant afternoon, enjoying the sunshine in the garden at the back.
Totally recommend. Will go there again.

This is our favourite pub so welcoming and friendly and makes such a fuss of our little cockatoo.
Bless you all tonight was horrendous for you so many people and so many orders. We came to eat but could see you were completely overwhelmed. What a night it must’ve been for you.

Nice pub with outside seating which were well spaced apart. Huge garden space. Not just for smokers. Lovely to sit outside when it's sunny.
Food was great & value for money. Great price for fish & chips. Chilli on jacket potato with salad was very tasty.
Would strongly recommend this friendly pub. Staff were very friendly. Didn't have to wait long for food to be served. Clean environment. Even a small playground for children. Ample parking. 👍😊

It was my daughter's birthday and there was no restaurant around, so we chose the pub. It was a blessing in disguise. The food was perfect for kids, and they loved the food. The atmosphere is great 👍 sadly due to rainy weather, we couldn't choose the seating outside. It is a must visit pub, and I am definitely coming in summers to enjoy the beer garden. Staff was super friendly. I would recommend anyone this place. Thank you for making our day.
