I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable treatment I received from your manager during a phone call on 29/03/25 while attempting to place an order.
I have been a loyal customer of your restaurant and have ordered from you several times before. However, during this recent interaction, I was met with rudeness and aggression from the manager, which was both unprofessional and upsetting—especially considering that I was calling from a hospital bed and was simply trying to order a meal.
When I inquired about prices, which is my right as a customer, the manager became impatient and rushed me, repeatedly interrupting and pressuring me to confirm my order. When I explained that I would be paying by card and needed a moment to access my details, he began shouting at me instead of allowing me to complete my sentence. When I questioned this rude and aggressive behavior, his excuse was that he was "busy." Before I could finish my order, he abruptly hung up the phone on me.
Additionally, when I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and instead replied in a proud and dismissive manner, saying, "I’m the manager," before hanging up on me. This lack of accountability and professionalism is extremely concerning.
This level of service is unacceptable for any business, especially one that relies on customer satisfaction. I expect a restaurant that I have supported multiple times to treat its customers with basic respect and courtesy. No customer should be made to feel like a burden simply for asking for information or taking a moment to retrieve payment details.
I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and what actions will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to experience such treatment. I hope to see improvements in your customer service so that I can continue to support your restaurant in the future.

Service here is outstanding. The first time we were here we thoroughly enjoyed it and somehow this place exceeded our expectations on the second visit (last minute plan) for a valentine’s day lunch. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The place was all decorated for valentine’s and the table setting had tiny rose petals which was a lovely touch to our experience. Music was just right not too loud not too slow and joyful/groovy. We were served fresh & warm turkish bread with sauces and olives immediately. It was delicious. Our starters arrived quickly after and so did the main course.
Generous portions for the price and taste absolutely delightful. They also offer a range of wines to choose from. To add to our experience they even offered us tequila rose at the end of our meal. We had a wonderful time I can’t wait to go again.
5 stars are not enough for this place 💖

Absolutely delightful lunch experience! Incredible value for the 2-course lunch menu at just £13.90. The Sucuk, Patlican Soslu, Sigara Boregi, and Hellim starters were an absolute treat. The Lamb Shish Kebab was perfectly succulent, and the Adana Kofte was also great. Already planning my next visit for the Lamb Beyti. For larger groups, the Blaze Special and Blaze Family Special are tempting with their lamb chops included which have been recommended to try. Don't miss the Turkish tea and homemade Baklava, plus the adorable ice cream characters for the little ones. Efes on draft sealed the deal. A classic touch of Turkish hospitality and decent Turkish music made the experience even more memorable. Already looking forward to the next visit!

Delicious food, amazing staff, beautiful interior! The lunch deal is a bargain: £12 for one starter and one main (choose from a list), plus bread, olives and two dips. Free Turkish delight when the bill comes too! They're also great with children, and there's a short children's menu.

I went to pick up my first delivery from this restaurant, and immediately got told to go down the side to the back. The app is not showing any special pick up instructions in the notes, but I also needed to use the toilet which is a requirement to allow under the government's HSE Workplace regulations 1992 (regulations 20 and 21), to provide suitable toilet and hand washing facilities to drivers when visiting the premises. When I got to the back entrance I was told to wait inside and to "stand there" quite abruptly by a lady who was mopping the floor. I then saw what looked like my order waiting on the side and politely asked if it was all there to which she replied "I don't know" with an unhelpful and rude attitude while still mopping the floor. Another woman who was carrying food and in another part of the restaurant kitchen then kept screaming "Yes, Yes, Yes" in a rude way, and once I realised she was yelling at me and I replied she rudely ignored me and started talking over me, which was extremely unprofessional. A man then appeared who was more polite and helpful and confirmed I could take it, but to make sure I scanned it first which you have to do anyway or it does not let you accept it. Drivers don't earn much and there is no need to be treated like this with this kind of attitude, and the first time I have experienced this from an independent restaurant in the two years I have been doing this. All I am asking for is respect, politeness and professionalism.
