All staff are friendly however, Cesar is the best at making hot chocolate, always lovely and creamy and great service with a smile 😊

Usually in places when I get “free” or “discounted” stuff the service isn’t really that great but Pret with it’s outstanding coffee subscription giving out all of their fresh barista made drinks along with splendid customer service is simply just raising the bar too high for other cafes. The staff are really doing a fantastic job and tbh I’m hooked to this place now! In my 2 months of visiting this Pret almost everyday I’ve never had any issues with anything. The food is also constantly restocked/fresh.

It's a shame how one member of staff that is so terrifically rude can override all the other great members of staff at this Pret. In all the Pret's I go to all the members of staff are so incredibly nice. On an average day I typically go to 2 or 3 different Prets around London. I don't encounter any rude staff but I sadly have here.

Once again best cafe in Chelmsford you can tell the oil is changed all the time really good quality cooked beautiful really nice staff highly recommended 👌👌👌👌👌

I visited at 5:10pm , the shop was clean , I have been served by a nice lovely lady must be the manager , I have ordered a decaf latté and a cake for my son , coffee was amazing and my son enjoyed the dark chocolate almond cookie ; thank you for the good service
