We were treated with a very friendly receptionist and explained everything to us without bombarding us. Room was ready early, fresh, clean, all the mod cons and spacious. The only thing about the room was the bathroom. It easily got filled with condensation, and it took forever to clear, but except for that, loads of power points and mirrors for getting ready. The bed was amazing! Best night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff really went the extra mile, all in all a lovely stay
The receptionist was very cheerful and helpful as was the lady greeting diners for breakfast. There's plenty of free parking and having The Grange pub next door is a real bonus. Overall the room was clean and well equipped with tea & coffee etc.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Miss Ann at the reception. She was particularly kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. My daughter fell in love with the scrambled eggs. It's close enough to the city centre so you can shop. I mustn't forget The Grange - a nearby pub and restaurant. Serves Delicious food highly recommend this place. I spent three nights here and have no regrets.
Greeted by an amazing receptionist, Claire. She couldn’t do enough for us. Explained everything clearly. Friendly and Professional. Convinced us to eat breakfast at the Premier Inn! What a wonderful member of staff. Definitely be coming back. Thank you Claire.
Ann has been great, very helpful and kind. Thank you. Even left me a little birthday card and present 😀 Also breakfast was the best breakfast! Room was very clean and comfortable.
