Very happy with the chinese symbol tattoo that Abi gave me at Phoney Pony. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She gave good advice re the size and positioning. There was literally no pain, and I will definitely be back to take advantage of her unique loyalty system. 10/10.

I’ve been having my haircut here since they opened and I honestly could not be happier with their service. Jen, Jacob and the team are always super friendly, welcoming and most importantly always cut hair to perfection.

“Probably” the best barbers in Essex .
Been going here for four years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else . Jen , Jacob , Abs and Ben are an awesome team . Always feel my best when leaving here. Highly recommend trying here if you want a great hair / beard cut to get you looking your best !

Booked myself and my son in for a cut and beard trim (not my son).
First time visiting and Jen was absolutely fantastic. =She gave me lots on advice for my first beard trim and gave me a fantastic haircut to suit. My son got a great cut too and I have to say they have gained a new customer.
I felt very welcome and will be back in a few weeks.
