Went in today to get both my girls uniform. Two separate schools. Walked out with every item needed. Didn’t have to wait. Both ladies in the shop were very helpful and polite. This is the second year using the shop and both times great experiences. Thank you 😊

Rude! Took back a cardigan that started falling apart after literally 1 hour of being worn. The owner tried to blame my daughter for it, when the cardigan was defective and clearly poorly made. Was very rude and very patronising. Very bad customer service!

So disappointed with this shop I brought my daughter a new cardigan for school and after 1 month after washing on a cool wash and NOT tumble drying it’s lost shape and the arms have shrunk. I went into the shop to explain this and after waiting a week ( no call back I had to go in 3 times) I was told they will not replace it.
I find the quality in this shop very bad it’s cheap materials that fade very quickly! Unfortunately this shop has the monopoly for some reason meaning parents are forced to buy from here!
I think it is disgusting taking advantage of parents, I wouldn’t mind if the clothes where good quality and lasted but they don’t!
I have complained to our school hopefully if more do we can get clothes of good quality from else where! I would not buy from here unless you absolutely have to.

Love the shop, the amazing women that works there help out with every single item also made my daughter feel comfortable as I didn't really know my daughter size for the uniform she made my daughter try different sizes to make my daughter comfortable.
I also brought a set of clothes for myself which she had to take down from the shop window I was so grateful she did it every quick I'm was really impressed. Thank you so much for all your help

Went for a school uniform blazer fitting and the customer service was appalling, the staff member was very rude & unhelpful. I understand we all have bad days but i personally felt like i was not welcome at all, me and my daughter did not need that treatment.
