Thank you, Claire and Tim for your care of our cat Luna for 11 days during our vacation at the Longcroft Chelmsford hotel. Luna appeared to have enjoyed her time at the hotel as she was happy, playful and in good health. Tim and Claire came across as highly experienced in cat care. This was clear from how well they took care of Luna, her feeding, play time and keeping her safe. The facility was very clean and smells good. Luna’s room was very clean and tidy, and this is definitely a 5-star environment for cats. Our 2 cats Oscar and Pearl spent their holiday at Longcroft Chelmsford . They were very well looked after. We were very pleased to see how content and relaxed they were. Cant thank them enough for the way they cared for Oscar who is poorly. , and Pearl who we have never left anywhere before. We would highly recommend Longcroft.
My Senior cat Bella has just had the most wonderful stay at Longcroft Chelmsford. Bella is arthritic so I was concerned about her mobility but Claire and Tim supplied her with a set of steps to reach her bed on the platform which she managed easily. Claire and Tim provided regular updates and pictures keeping me fully informed of her stay. She had the chauffeur service and came home with a lovely goody bag and is enjoying playing with her new mouse.
I have just returned from my luxury holiday at Longcroft. To be honest I could have stayed longer it was so nice. I had a seperate bedroom with a luxury bed to sleep in and privacy for my toilet too! The whole place was sparkling clean, I took my own food so cannot comment on the luxury menu but I know there's plenty if variety. The Claire and Tim took lots of photos of me when they came in to keep me entertained and sent to my mum & Dad so they could see I was enjoying myself and I was safe. I also sent a postcard home. Mum was very pleased I looked very happy when she came to collect me, in fact I was asleep in my bedroom as it's so peaceful there, not really ready to leave at all. I also got a goody bag of treats as I was such a good boy! I will definitely be asking for another holiday when I'm allowed. My two cats are very important in my life. I can’t go away unless I know they will be well looked after. Tim and Claire make that part of any time away from home easy. My cats came home from their holiday relaxed and happy. Longcroft is perfect (yes really!) I am very happy to recommend this lovely place for cats. There is nothing I can suggest to improve it.
