Thank you, Claire and Tim for your care of our cat Luna for 11 days during our vacation at the Longcroft Chelmsford hotel. Luna appeared to have enjoyed her time at the hotel as she was happy, playful and in good health. Tim and Claire came across as highly experienced in cat care. This was clear from how well they took care of Luna, her feeding, play time and keeping her safe. The facility was very clean and smells good. Luna’s room was very clean and tidy, and this is definitely a 5-star environment for cats. My Senior cat Bella has just had the most wonderful stay at Longcroft Chelmsford. Bella is arthritic so I was concerned about her mobility but Claire and Tim supplied her with a set of steps to reach her bed on the platform which she managed easily. Claire and Tim provided regular updates and pictures keeping me fully informed of her stay. She had the chauffeur service and came home with a lovely goody bag and is enjoying playing with her new mouse.
Our lovely Ziggy had a great mini break with Claire & Tim at their luxury cat hotel. The facility was very clean and tidy, and Ziggy settled in very comfortably there. Whilst we were away on holiday, Claire & Tim shared regular updates on how Ziggy was getting on, and it was clear that he was being well looked after. Ziggy even went home with a goody bag! We plan to book our future holidays around Claire & Tim’s availability, we wouldn’t want Ziggy going anywhere else. Thank you again Claire & Tim for taking such good care of our special boy
My two ragdoll, Mew and Mewtwo had a fantastic stay at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel. They look very well and happy. Claire and Tim really cared about our cats needs. They double check our cats habits and what food they like before they checked-in. During their stays, Claire and Tim provided us emails and photos updates. They took some really nice photos of our cats (see attached) and within a couple days they already know our cats' personality. They even gave our cats Christmas gifts and advent calendar which they love playing at home! I am very happy with the service and care both Claire and Tim have provided our cats. Thank you so much! We were a little apprehensive about leaving Freddie our 5 month old kitten, but we needn’t of worried, when we dropped him off he ran about his room investigating. Claire and Tim kept us updated throughout our holiday with lovely photos and messages, Freddie looked content and like he was having the best time. He looked very well looked after when we arrived to pick him up also very relaxed. It was lovely to get him home and even nicer to know he had been living his best life while we were away!
