Image Flooring have just fitted a new carpet in our conservatory. We are so pleased with the result and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Visiting the showroom in Chelmsford was a pleasure - Dean was very knowledgable and guided us to the choosing the correct carpet. The communication was great throughout, the fitters arrived when expected and did a grand job. We have another carpet being fitted in a couple of weeks and I can't wait for that now! Fantastic service, definitely recommend!

Hi I've used Image Flooring 3 times now and had great service each time. Dean was really helpful with the issues in our new extension. Neil who fitted our floor did a great job, was prompt, neat tidy and thorough. I'd happily recommend them.

Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process from choosing the floor to the fitting.
Connor and the Fitters were excellent going above and beyond so we could get the finish that we wanted.
Excellent product would highly recommend.

We'd like to say a big thanks to the team. We are very happy with our new carpets and the service we received throughout. Sean in the shop was very professional and helpful, we didn't feel rushed at all and after making our choice we were booked in for Dean to pop round and measure up. Lucky they provide this complete service as my measurements were out.
We then decided upon a fitting date. The fitters arrived promptly and did a great job.
We won't hesitate to use them again in the future and would happily recommend them.
