What an excellent service I have received since contacting Great Dunmow Osteopathy and Health. Joe responded to my very desperate message about needing an urgent appointment to sort out ongoing and acute neck pain very swiftly and before I knew it I was booked in for a physio appointment with Tegan. Tegan was very understanding and clearly loves her job and certainly knows what she is doing, explaining every step of the work she did on relieving my neck pain. After my first visit the reduction of tension and pain in my neck area was evident and I have had follow up sessions to ensure total relief. I can highly recommend this practice and their kind, caring and wholly professional approach.

My son has had a few sports massages with Kim and absolutely loves them! It relaxes him so much. Kim is a lovely therapist and we would highly recommend her!

After trying everything to improve my newborn’s congestion and overall discomfort, I was told to try an osteopath and haven’t looked back since! Jason was so great with my then 7 week old, ensuring she was comfortable and soothed throughout each of the sessions. I have seen such an improvement since we started to attend the clinic, particularly with her latch.
I also got the chance to have a chat with their private midwife, Lindsay, who was so open and welcoming and gave me lots of food for thought. I will definitely be consulting with her if I’m ever pregnant again.
In addition to all of this, Joe, who works at the front is extremely polite, chatty and friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate us.

I attended Great Dunmow osteopathy for neck and back pain and had a great experience. I saw Dan an osteopath who had amazing knowledge and made me feel very at ease as I was quite nervous attending the appointment but I came out feeling much better and reduced pain! Highly recommend thank you so much!

Lindsay was an absolute hero to me for both my pregnancies and beyond. Couldn’t think of safer hands for new mums and their babies to be in. At the most precious but sometimes overwhelming moments - Lindsay is the best support you could ask for. Such a kind and reassuring lady with incredible knowledge that just made everything so much easier. Words can’t really describe the difference she made. They say you never forget how someone made you feel during pregnancy and that is so true. Lindsay made me feel confident and at ease and I will never forget that ❤️
