Glen and Dan were fantastic from start to finish, very polite and professional. Very happy with their work and advice about how to keep the carpet clean. We will definitely be using them again for the bedrooms.

We were recommended to City flooring by a friend we had a very difficult layout hallway, kitchen 2 rooms and downstairs loo all joined together, we also wanted herringbone layout with a border, the floor needed 25 bags of levelling compound, The fitters name was Steven Taylor he has done an amazing job from start to finish we can’t thank him enough just look at the pictures the house looks like a showroom Thank you so much City flooring and Steven Taylor

Great experience using City Carpets and flooring. Compared to the carpet giant companies they were much more affordable. But this did not mean the quality was worse in any way, far from it! The floors look GREAT. Super quick lead time on the installation, really helpful staff who tailored the job for individual needs, were happy to cater to our funny timeline with no price adjustment, and the floor fitter was a really nice chap who I was glad to see return for the second part of the installation. Have recommended City to some friends who I think are having a carpet installation soon and they're equally pleased. Would definitely choose them again over Tapi or Carpet Right. Thank you!

This is our second flooring from City Carpets this year. Great service from ordering to fitting.
The fitters arrived first thing, as promised and did an excellent job.
Very efficient, highly recommended.
