I googled independent opticians and called chelmer village opticians as I was fed up with the usual high street names! And wow so glad I did the friendly professionalism was first class. I received fabulous service and advice and the quality of my glasses and lenses were the best Iv had for some time 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 🌟 I will definitely be back to this opticians for an extra pair of glasses

Both my son and son in law recommended Chelmer Village Opticians and I would highly recommended them. I am very impressed with the service I received. I had a sight test, ordered new distance glasses as well as reading glasses and also contact lenses which will be posted to my home address. Staff are very friendly and my appointment was not rushed.

So grateful I found the right service for my daughter!
After being hugely disappointed with the service from Specsavers for my daughter I wanted to find a company who were experienced with dealing with children. From start to finish Chelmer Village Opticians have been incredible. From the front of house to all of the optometrist’s, every one has been welcoming and knowledgeable on how to deal with children meaning we are getting better, accurate results!

The best range of specs I've seen! Totally professional having a degenerate eye disease is worry free when you have such good professional care! The staff are extremely helpful and helped me choose my frames, which i absolutely love thank you!
