DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET HERE - I let our beloved cat here Mrs Benson; this was the first time in 23 years we’ve taken her to a catery as an emergency. That morning she had a vets appointment and from there I took her straight to this hole for 1 week. My daughter picked her up today and she limping - after speaking to the owner who told us “she old” that all he offered and take her to the vet. This establishment only cares about your money NOT your pet! If you love your pet then DONT take them there!View less
The owner had no empathy- he asked “what do you want me to do”.
Even having to take her to the vet we were unable to explain what happened as we were not given any details.

Our boy Hendricks has holidayed in your cattery 4 times now and he has always come home happy, I am confident that he is well cared for and loved while staying with you. All staff we have communicated with have been excellent and got back to us very quickly when we phoned with an enquiry. Already booked him in for next year!!
What would be nice as a little extra is a photo or video e-mailed to us a couple of times, I think all owners would appreciate it and would only take a few minutes.

I left my cat and dog here for 1 week whilst we went on holiday - They both had a lovely time and we’re well looked after - The staff are really lovely and love the animals - if I go away again I will be using them again.
Also Mark the owner spoke to me for ages on the phone as I had never used a kennels before and he was very reassuring and explained everything , I new I could trust him!
Thanks ByLake for a wonderful service ☺️

Excellent care and would have awarded 5🌟 were it not for the practice of charging by the day. To drop your dog off at 2.30pm and collect at 10.00 next morning and be charged over £80 really is unreasonable.
