Was has here at Broomfield hospital due a medica urgent l treatment needed for my partner was originally going southend General but, was full so the paramedics, took us here, first time ever being here my partner got well looked after during the night and her problem got diagnosed, although I didn't get to take many pictures I liked the decor of the place lol it was a lovely clean hospital and the staff were lovely top draw from us. Keep the good work.

Staff and clinicians always busy but good when you finally get to see someone. A&E triage location awful, in the waiting room everyone can hear and see all that is taking place. Follow up appointment system atrocious, process and procedure awful totally unreliable not fit for purpose, promise call backs which never happen. The heads of the North and Mid Essex Trust should be ashamed of their NHS delivery and need a good kick up the backside for their complacency then replaced. Spend money on the hospital not statues in the entrance These are not new issues.

Incredible ( good!) NHS experience, this time. Was referred by Vision Express for a potential eye problem in the morning. Got a call from Broomfield eye clinic at 5.45pm asking ' could I come in now ( immediately!). Got there, parked, was seen ( by a nurse, then a specialist doctor) and back out of the clinic inside an hour - didn't even have to pay for parking it was that quick👍 And no actual eye problem either🙂

Needed some information as I had mislaid some paperwork for an upcoming appointment . Problem was I had also left a message on my calendar which meant nothing!!
The extremely nice operator I went through to at approximately 9am this morning was so helpful and friendly and was able to rectify my problem.
I’m sure operators are the forgotten people but this one shouldn’t be 🙂

Incredibly rude, talked about the patient in a very rude way as they walked down the halls to the point where people in the waiting had to make remarks on how unprofessional and inappropriate they were. Waiting time is atrocious, wrong name was called and we were still blamed, we were sent to the wrong waiting room, during the two times we were seen 8-10 people (nurses) interrupted our appointments and randomly walked in while confidential and sensitive matters were discussed. Mental health professional started bringing her own family and God into the conversation?? Absolutely disgraceful. All patients in the waiting room shared their terrible experiences of mistreatment and neglect. Only ever go if absolutely necessary and no other options available.
