Took my mum today to the Hand Trauma Unit and am very grateful for the good experience! The reception team were very friendly and welcoming, the nurses and doctors were very caring and made my mum feel very comfortable, they were so patient and kind when she was in alot of pain and quite distressed. Mum was very well looked after and would highly recommend the team to anyone that is in need of their services! (Though obv I hope people don't need to need it!) Thank you specifically to Benedict, Tracey, Sam and the receptionist, whose name I embarrassingly can't recall, but they had beautiful blue hair!

I went in hospital last may. I had my bottom jaw replaced. The plastic team were outstanding. The staff that put me asleep i could not have been in better hands. I stayed in stock ward and the nurses treated me with care.they are lovely nurses. I've just had another operation on my jaw in March.The same again from them all. I was more nervous this time.
But Before they put me to sleep they help me stay relaxed .they reassured me they will take care. If I could give them and the plastic team 10 stars for there outstanding work they do I would. Thank you all. 😊

Fonta Nella the outdated coffee experience from Ellior....3:30 on a Friday and hospital full of visitors and staff closed off half the seating area and if this is food from Ellior the massive contract caterer they deserve to lose this site. Easy money and no idea is the best way to sum up this experience. #contractcaterer oh I won't take photo of the line of customers they are disappointing could be sooo much better...

No staff on reception,
Can't find anybody to help, when you do they are unhelpful and disorganised.
Hands down the worst hospital I've ever had the misfortune to visit.
Absolutely no discretion either, they don't even put you behind a curtain or anything, just air everything in an open room with other patients looking at you.

Absolutely useless, now cancelled my wife’s appointment for Glaucoma Surgery for the second time because of very poor administration. No ne seems to know what they are doing, absolute joke. As an Optician myself I am now seeking legal advise on these delays, potential further damage to her eye and lose of earnings due to late cancellations.
