Avoid at all cost , I contacted Jason at Blue Q mortgages after being recommended to them and to be honest it was very disappointing. I was told repeatedly his very busy as lots of people were trying to change products , I was never called back and am still waiting for any contact from them if they couldn't help me just tell me so I could try somewhere else instead they left me with false promises and lies . I will not be using them in the future and now have a lovely mortgage with bank of Scotland.

We were recommended to Jason at Blue Q Mortgage by close friends, when my partner and I were both looking to purchase our home as first time buyers. Considering that one of us was self-employed and the other with a complicated pay structure, we thought it would be near impossible to get a mortgage but Jason made the process totally straightforward and got us a great deal. As our fixed term has almost ended, Jason has just arranged a new agreement for us and has yet again made it easy with an even better mortgage product. The communication and service has been really efficient. Highly recommend Jason and the team at Blue Q.

Jason is an incredible Mortgage broker. The service was very personal, prompt, informative and professional. I felt I could rely on Jason hugely which was very helpful having never gone through this process before. He spent much time and patience searching for the best mortgage given my circumstances and liaised well with the agents and solicitors. I didn't have to do much at all! I would recommend this company to anyone buying a property.

I highly recommend James at Blue Q Mortgage. He gave myself and my boyfriend great advice and he has been dealing with us for some time whilst we have been looking for a property, he has always been patient throughout our long process of finding a house. He has always been very attentive to us and always comes back to us very quickly (no matter where he is!) He is friendly/approachable and professional, he really does know his stuff and we will definitely be using him again!
