I was having an allergic reaction that I’d never dealt with before and popped into the surgery for some help. The lady at reception was incredibly helpful and saw that I was seen to within 20 minutes. Dr Mathur and Nurse Natalie made me feel very comfortable - they were so incredibly lovely, kind, and listened to everything I had to say.

Had my Smear test with Natalie on Saturday, Natalie was lovely, very professional and kind. As a full time worker I was really pleased to be offered a weekend appointment for a routine test. I was seen quickly, waiting room was virtually empty.

Recently I have been having a lot of problems with the pharmacy and collecting prescriptions
I have asthma and I need an inhaler. I emailed as usual and had an email back saying it’s not due until August and that was it
I then replied to explain that I was unwell and this is the reason my inhaler had run out sooner
I was also told by the asthma nurse that I can use this inhaler more if I need to. Where is the communication between you guys??
I was told I can use it more and then told I can’t have new one
I’ve now had to chase where my inhaler is because I have had no response since my last email two days ago
Usually the pharmacy team are really helpful and great. Not so much lately
Nobody wants to be running around and stressed for their medication that is extremely important

Unable to get a appoinment phoned at 8.00am put in queqe called back at 9.20
No appoinments aviabial need to phone on monday.to possibly have the same promlbems
