I know a lot of people moan about this Surgery, but I find it great . The receptionist is always very helpful if you are polite. The nurses are great so accommodating. So therefore I say thanks Beauchamp House and I'm glad to be on your books

Appointments always running more then 20min late minimum. Sometimes even longer. Then ended up seeing a nurse instead of a doctor. Feels like there time is valued more than tge patients. Why do a job if you can't value the patients more than thinking about your pay.

Freedom of Speech Diabolical practice...💬 on Google again...Deleted the last messages which went to Google! I do hope the New Practice Manager is sorting out this Practice problems that the patients don't think are giving them a professional service! NHS? To me your still not worth 1 ⭐ but I have to give U a ⭐ to put a review on...If U complain about the staff about anything they can't take criticism at all...? Treat your patients with respect or leave the practice! Still waiting for an operation from 2019! How many more patients are waiting for an operation with the NHS🤨 Have U upgraded the patient toilets with a coat of 🎨 yet! At last U finally put a coat of 🎨 in the Reception! & got rid of those out dated pictures from years ago....You finally changed the layout of the waiting area with a screen @ Reception I still don't 💬 the Royals should have the best Healthcare treatment compared to all the common people in this World 😔🤨I have no confidence in NHS or this practice 😔03/05/2024 Take your prescription to a different Pharmacy other than Shanty's if your not happy with service ? that you are getting from the clerk @ Doctors/Pharmacy 30/05/2024

Extremely poor service. Receptionists are rude, dismissive and don’t even seem to be trained properly. Prescriptions missing the correct quantity and they blame patients for their mistake.

I was having an allergic reaction that I’d never dealt with before and popped into the surgery for some help. The lady at reception was incredibly helpful and saw that I was seen to within 20 minutes. Dr Mathur and Nurse Natalie made me feel very comfortable - they were so incredibly lovely, kind, and listened to everything I had to say.
