This is the worst doctor’s surgery I’ve ever dealt with. My friend and I have been registered for a month, and the level of incompetence is shocking. The receptionists are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
I attempted to book a face-to-face appointment in person, only to be told it must be done online. I booked online, specifically requesting an in-person appointment, yet was given a phone consultation instead. The doctor then told me I needed to be seen in person and instructed me to call reception. When I did, they refused to book it over the phone, insisting it had to be done online. This back-and-forth has now dragged on for three weeks with no resolution.
I also submitted a form on behalf of someone else, clearly stating that I should be contacted, yet they ignored this and contacted the other person instead.
To make matters worse, when I called for assistance, a receptionist named Sharon was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This surgery is an absolute disgrace, and I will be submitting an official NHS complaint. Avoid registering here at all costs.

This place is actually a joke
A couple of weeks ago my son (3 year old) had an injury that when we spoke to 111 we were told he NEEDS to be seen by a doctor within an hour. Called the surgery 'no we can't see him' no understanding or caring that an injured 3 year old needs to be seen, and very blunt.
They told us to go to A and E which is ridiculous considering that A and E is so over used as it is and 111 didn't consider his injury urgent enough for this.
Today my husband has tried to book an appointment for himself only to be told to book online- the online booking system is a joke! 'Put in a request and we'll get back to you in 2 days' how is this useful to anyone?!?! Also states in the faqs that calling is still available for people with accessibility issues, but the receptionist doesn't mention this at all. Trying to navigate the booking system online too is a minefield- and I'm 'ok' with technology, I can imagine its more confusing for someone who doesn't use the Internet or has difficulties navigating websites/lots of info.
Theyre acting like their doing everyone a favour by cutting down the phone calls which are notoriously difficultto get through, but by making it harder to get an appointment rather than actually attempt to fix the problem another way

Can never get through to reception. This is the third time I’ve called in the space of 6 months only to be told after 12pm their staff is in training. This is after sitting through a 2 minute monologue about their new booking system which isn’t even available until feb 15th. If I can move practices, I will, because these lots love to waste your time.

I was having an allergic reaction that I’d never dealt with before and popped into the surgery for some help. The lady at reception was incredibly helpful and saw that I was seen to within 20 minutes. Dr Mathur and Nurse Natalie made me feel very comfortable - they were so incredibly lovely, kind, and listened to everything I had to say.

Appointments always running more then 20min late minimum. Sometimes even longer. Then ended up seeing a nurse instead of a doctor. Feels like there time is valued more than tge patients. Why do a job if you can't value the patients more than thinking about your pay.
