I am very thankful to Alefa.
I needed to make a decision about my Final Salary Pension; whether to leave it with the current provider or transfer to a private pension pot. My son’s financial adviser referred me to Alefa Bwalya of Bainlye Drake Wealth.
Alefa spoke to me in an honest, matter of fact way and sent me some videos to watch. Again, he emphasized to me the need to watch the whole box set. This communication with Alefa helped me enormously:
(1) It made me realise that the Pensions field is very complicated indeed, and yet the decision one makes is quite pertinent; a-one-time shot that one cannot reverse! As a result, the decision-making process can be highly pressurised.
(2) It pointed me in the right direction and enabled me to ask questions, consult widely and conduct comprehensive pros and cons analysis, and to arrive at a decision that I believe I will be comfortable to live with the consequences of. He has given me a reference point I will be able to refer to, should any doubts creep in my mind about the decision I have made.

Alefa Bwalya's support has been invaluable over the years, helping me with pension planning ready for my retirement last year.
I'm not very confident with financial matters, but Alefa's professional knowledge & reassurance helped me to both understand & make informed decisions regarding how I wanted to manage my pension once retired.
We had annual reviews, in addition Alefa was available at regular intervals to offer financial coaching calls and explore cashflow planning.
