It’s a great Uni especially for the medical students as it was awarded School of the year 2023 for medicine in the UK, although the medical school is quite new. In 2023 their first batch of medical students have passed and the passing ratio is 99% which is very good hence they been awarded School of the year award. We are very happy as our kid is studying medicine in this school. Residential village is very close to the campus, staff is very helpful. All the amenities are very close to the campus. We wish all the students Good Luck in the respective courses. 👍🏾👍🏾

The fees department is not fit for purpose. EMPLOYERS avoid sponsoring your employees. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They never answer calls and queries and don't keep track of payments. 0 stars

Very helpful staff. From the medical administration team to the Residential Services, Facilities Desk all wanting to help. The grounds are clean and informative displays. The accommodation is a little tired and smaller than other Unis but is undergoing a refurb.

Terrible, they only want your money for the Master's. When you show interest in a PhD, they don’t help at all because it’s more expensive and sometimes you don’t have the funds. They prefer to give scholarships to unqualified and rude people like Gabriella Costa from the UKRI Centre for Equalities in Uniformed Public Services, who is starting in January and has been badmouthing ARU since she joined the University of Bristol in 2020. People like this, who I'm sure will speak even worse about ARU now in September.

I would not even rate 1 star. I attended the university in 2020 and left just before the end of the 1st year due to the fact that all learning was online and I was not able to attend the university physically once. I was informed by staff that if I left before the end of the first year I would not need to make any repayments. However as soon as I left, I was told I have to make a payment of £17,000. I have tried to contact the university over the past two years in regards to this by letters and emails and I have had no response at all. Do not attend this university. They will not respond to any of your queries if you need them. They will just take your money and provide you with no support.
