Grant and the team from Grant Builders Ltd created an inspirational additional future extension design that was fundamental in our decision to purchase a new build house from plan. This involved gaining additional council planning approval for the design, consent in principle and relief on caveats from the prime builder after purchase. On completion Grant would then takeover and transform the house with the additional new extension into the family home that it is today. We succeeded, moved in, the project was started, delivered ahead of schedule and to budget. Grant and the team made the whole process as painless as it could be by minimising disruption whilst mindful that we had just moved in to this new build which was now to being taken apart. The team were totally professional and friendly at all times. We have subsequently recommended Grant to friends who have also benefited with transformational changes to their properties. They will not be the cheapest because they deliver quality at an affordable real price whilst being transparent about any real potential cost exposures. Thank you.

We'd have no hesitation in recommending Grant Builders. Our home needed some serious renovation. We decided upon a side extension and loft extension, rewiring and central heating. The whole house was affected. They communicated effectively and we collaborated well throughout the build, enabling us to live in the house pretty much the whole time work went on around us. The office back-up was amazing and when difficulties arose - hard to get materials - Grant's always had a plan. We had a core team that came every day. Always on time. Polite and considerate. And when extra trades were needed Grants managed them well. Crucially they delivered on time and to budget. We're thrilled. Naturally there have been snags once the build finished and they've followed up every tiny thing. We cannot fault them.

I’d have no hesitation in recommending Grant Builders! Leon and the team completed a fantastic garage conversion, porch and kitchen/diner knock though for us. From the outset, Leon’s quote was thorough and detailed and he made us feel very at ease. The work undertaken was to a very high standard and the team had some great suggestions to make the most of our space. Every member of the team was polite, very hardworking and very skilled in their fields. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for future work.

We had a single storey extension with pitch roof, vaulted ceiling and external and internal bifold doors.
All the work was done to a very high standard, met all planned completion dates, dealt with issues and minor changes quickly and to our satisfaction. Leon, Katherine and their team were absolutely brilliant.
Would definitely recommend Grant Builders as in my opinion they are most certainly trustworthy and reliable and did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Honestly can’t recommend the team at Grant Builders enough! A very large project which required a lot of work. Communication from the start with the admin team was spot on and the lads on site were the most respectful, tidy, hardworking guys. It was a pleasure to have them around. They started on the date specified and they were there everyday without fail. Everything was competed to a high standard and we now receive so many compliments on the works.
We will be using grant builders for some other things we have planned in the future without a doubt.
