Shortly before Christmas we had a leaking heating pipe underneath the tiled floor in our living room. After the repair of the leaking pipe we were left with a significant hole in the floor that required filling and re-tiling. Craig and Albie and their team are very friendly and accommodating. Albie responded quickly and arranged a visit a few days later when they kindly offered to start the remedial work the next day. The work was done with great competence and efficiency in a timely fashion, and we are very pleased with the work. CWN Construction Ltd works towards high professional standards. We have much confidence in the company since they completed a garage conversion in our house a few years ago and would always ask them again for building work in the future.

We engaged CWN having been recommended by a family member who had similar work done. We removed a supporting wall between our kitchen and dining room, involving structural engineer and building control. Due to a personal connection that we had, we elected to use Wren for the kitchen fitting itself, but CWN remained engaged on the project through to completion to finalise electric, plumbing and carpentry requirements.
Right from the start of the project, CWN provided in-person advice, taking the time to take us through options and their recommendations and helping to de-mystify what is a very daunting experience, having never done any building work ourselves before. They were very knowledgeable and well connected.
Everything was completed in a timely manner, with adjustments to the schedule accommodated for our patio door which took longer than originally budgeted. The workmanship was of high quality and all the people involved in the project were very polite, helpful and tidy.
We would have preferred a higher level of communication throughout the project and regular updates on costs vs original quote. We requested this mid project when on track, so were taken by surprise at the end, but CWN were detailed in their explanations and negotiations and understanding of our position.
We would recommend them and are very happy with the leap we made.

In 2024 we had a project completed by CWN and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the work. The project included knocking down an existing conservatory and building a new rear extension and fitting a new kitchen. When we first met Craig and Albie, we knew immediately that we wanted them for the job. They were personable, professional and knowledgeable. The organisation throughout the job was second to none and they adhered to timelines. They were helpful with suggestions about the work as we went along and were also able to recommend some excellent suppliers, such as for our sliding doors and skylight. Their team are also great - all of the guys are friendly, complete work to an exceptionally high standard and are clean and tidy. We are so glad to have found this company and will be using them for all our work going forwards.

From the moment we met Craig we knew we could have confidence in him and his team. They went above and beyond in helping us get our house ready to move in, laying 3 floors within days.
Then the conversion of our garage to a music studio was exemplary, project managed by Albie. Every member of the team was charming and so competent. The conversion was done on time and beautifully, we couldn’t be more pleased.
As well as counting ourselves lucky to have found such great builders, we feel like we have made some friends.
