We were moving out of house yesterday and had an issue with the washing machine inlet valve. Called LKG and Daughters and they were to us 30 mins later and fixed 15 minutes after that. Thank you so much for amazing service and you really got us out of a pickle. Kerry and Danny

Linda was excellent from start to finish. We has a leak coming through the ceiling on a Saturday night. She was there in a matter of minutes, was calm, reassuring and helped to find the problem. She returned the following day and fixed the problem.
She gave great and honest advice on next steps.
We will certainly be using their services again. Highly recommended.

LKG Daughters was recommended due to unsuccessful contact with the previous plumber who serviced the boiler.
I spoke with Linda and explained the problem, Linda knew straight away it was the Divert Valve which was open on both! Hence heating coming on and tepid bath water.
Linda came, serviced the boiler and took the time to ‘phone the boiler company, explained what was required and hey presto the boiler person came this morning with the correct parts and even replaced the motor, all under warranty which the previous plumber did not acknowledge.
Linda was professional, friendly and all I can say is a huge Thank You.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+

DO NOT USE ! We booked for a standard annual boiler service because LKG Daughters had completed the previous service in 2023 when we didn’t own the house. In the previous year they had found no major issues and since we have had no issues with our system. This year they visited and detailed that our system was unsafe and everything in our house would need to be removed and refitted - they shared they could move all other jobs but the refit would be over £18K. They used tactics sharing it would be unsafe for our children. Since this we had British Gas and two local plumbers visit and review our system all of them advised us that our boiler was actually under 4 years old and did not need replacing in-fact it was under warranty. There was some minor pipework needed as a pipe was too small which they should have picked up in the service in 2023 but didn’t - demonstrating this annual service was done to a poor standard. Every engineer that visited reviewed the quote we were emailed from them, once past the laughter and shock all of them told us they needed to be reported to GasSafe register due to this quote, GasSafe were so shocked they raised an investigation and also recommended that they should be reported to trading standards which we are in the process of arranging.

From first meeting Linda to quote for a new Baxi boiler, radiators, new shower plus all the other work involved, everything was very well detailed and explained, and a date set for the work to be carried out.
Linda got back to me when she said she would.
Linda and her team worked around me and my 2 indoor cats, and was very considerate at all times. I was kept updated on the work done, explained how things worked, the safety issues, plus good communication if there was a change to be needed
Linda and her team were very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and tidied up after their work.
Linda’s team came back the next day to check everything, after the work was all finished to make sure everything was running smoothly.
I would thoroughly recommend this company as I felt that I was looked after superbly as a customer and nothing was too much trouble.
I am enjoying my lovely hot showers, hot water, and am so glad the work was carried out before the colder days ready for my new radiators to take effect
