From the moment we rang the office and spoke to the lovely lady, we knew immediately we were in good hands.
Our boiler was 22 years old and on its last legs, Marytn came round the next day, such a lovely guy, he explained everything and a quote was with us that evening, which we agreed to and was very happy with .
Harrison came on the day we were told and exactly on time, he is the politest young man, extremely respectful and a very contentious hard worker, he explained everything from start to finish, and was so tidy, even washing down our patio at the very end.
The boiler and a powerflush were all completed to a very high standard in a day and a half, we also meet Rob, who fitted our Hive, again another lovely guy, who explained how the hive works, and set it all up for us.
We thought our heating was fine before , but since having the new Worcester boiler fitted, we can definitely feel the difference, the radiators are so much hotter.
This family run company and the team, go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and we really are.
Very professional, caring and know their products.
We can highly recommend and have told family and friends.

From the prompt and efficient survey, to sorting out a date to fit my travel schedule the booking was friendly and easy. Rhys and Ash who once again arrived promptly and delivered an exceptional service. The whole work area was left cleaner than when they started. Would definitely recommend.

Simon came to do a gas safe check in my flat. He was very polite and very talkative, which is always nice. He also gave me some tips if I ever lose hot water/ pressure in my boiler

Amazing service! They were able to fit me in the same day, Simon arrived exactly on time, immediately diagnosed and resolved the problem with the boiler, then serviced it. He explained everything in simple language, including showing how to repressurise the system and keep it working at its best. Would definitely use again and recommend!

I would not hesitate in recommending Chelmsford P & H. I recently used them to do a power flush on my home heating system. The whole experience from the time of booking through to the completed job was faultless. The engineer Harrison was very thorough in his work, clean, tidy, and very polite explaining the whole process during his time here doing the work.
