Richard replaced our old unvented hot water cylinder a few months ago, he was polite, prompt, knowledgeable and happy to explain everything and answer all of our questions. The work was completed to a high standard with good attention to detail. Today, several months later, we experienced an unrelated problem with our heating system and were left with no heating or hot water. Richard kindly took the time out of his day to call us and run through some potential fixes over the phone. Thanks to Richard we were able to fix the issue in under 3 minutes, without any need for a house call or any hefty call out charges. A massive thank you to Richard and Sophie for all of their help!
