Jacket potato and Coke £9.70, asked for no salad, got salad. Barely even warm. Paid extra for more cheese…. Not impressed

This, by far, is the worst breakfast baguette I have ever had. Don't be fooled by the amount of 5 star reviews. I have never witnessed a fried egg being microwaved in my 21 years of existence. The sausages had definitely not seen a pan, no grill marks, etc. Upon opening the foil wrapped baguette I was greeted by a very nicely toasted baguette which contained nuked egg and sausage and a puddle of microwave water from the egg. Staff are very welcoming but don't be fooled you will be disappointed and left feeling robbed after paying £10+ FOR MICROWAVED FOOD OUTRAGEOUS. :(

Food & Coffee were good. However, witnessing a staff member be berated and belittled by another staff member (with dark glasses) was awful! Myself and my colleagues were shocked to witness this! Treat your staff better!
