My mum was in hospital yesterday and was not seen for a few hours. Not only that, but some of the staff down there, their behaviour is appalling! My mum was in a wheelchair on her own and a nurse went 'Why is she in a wheelchair? Why can't she walk?' like... What if my mum was unable to walk? That nurse was downright rude. I understand the staff are under a lot of pressure but that is no way to speak to someone.
Even over a year ago, we nearly lost my nan and they did a surgery to help her. As soon as she was discharged, she got sepsis a little bit later.
If any higher staff there see this and I assume if you read other reviews. I implore you to sort it out and make that hospital better for everyone's sake.

Fonta Nella the outdated coffee experience from Ellior....3:30 on a Friday and hospital full of visitors and staff closed off half the seating area and if this is food from Ellior the massive contract caterer they deserve to lose this site. Easy money and no idea is the best way to sum up this experience. #contractcaterer oh I won't take photo of the line of customers they are disappointing could be sooo much better...

The staff in the children’s outpatients were patient and very caring. The toys in the waiting area are age appropriate, mr tumbles was on the screen and my little boy was very happy. I’ve had bad experiences with blood tests in the past but I couldn’t fault the staff. They were gentle and super caring. Little one also got a present after the distressing tests. Thank you thank you!

Have to wait over a year for an appointment that is meant to be every 3 months. Can never get through to the correct department to query this and when you finally do you get cut off with just a voice mail explaining they are away from their desk or on holiday. When you finally do get an appointment you then have to wait an additional 5 hours for any medication that you cannot just get from your local pharmacy. This is no hate to the staff as I understand the NHS is under pressure however over a year for an appointment is absurd. It should not be the patients responsibility to constantly be chasing.

Had wonderful treatment and service during my delivery from entire team. I had c section and was very nervous before the process. Huge thanks to amazing anaesthetist Dr Paul for taking my fear away before surgery and Dr Ahmed for smooth procedure.
