What a wonderful garage.
Our car broke down last weekend and we had it delivered to this garage when it was closed. We used the garage last year for a MOT and yet again we received a brilliant service. Alan was great at getting our car looked at asap and also fixed very fast. He looked into the costs in depth and checked with my husband before carrying out the work. He was very kind, understanding and had great communication. I really appreciate your help and fixing the car. Many thanks.

Had personally gone for an MOT the first time, MOT was done professionally and the person at the reception was friendly and polite and the price was reasonable. They will be my first choice from now on. Highly recommend. Thank you Trinity service station.

Very poor service, seems they couldn't care less about the 'little people', falling over themselves to help anyone driving an expensive car!!! Please see below: (no reply yet, no surprise either!)

Hello, I brought my car into you for a BOOKED appointment two weeks ago, I was told to bring the car back as you were too busy to look at it until 4.30. The car was making a whistling noise and you said you would put it up on the ramps and check for any serious issues, you also said as the noise was intermittent it may be difficult to find the cause. Having looked at the car I was informed that nothing serious was found. The noise continued and today I have taken it to another garage, my front brake pads are worn down to the disks!! Is this not serious in your opinion because I clearly told you I'm a domicilery carer and use my car for work. I look forward to hearing your response.
